SOLD/EXPIRED Hells canyon 338 Norma magnum

Built on a Remington 700 long action. Fluted bolt with m16 extractor and threaded bolt knob. Action trued by mike. Hells canyon carbon killer barrel 27" with timed 5 port beast brake. Has a Hawkins bdl. And a jewell trigger. Sitting in McMillan Remington hunter stock and weighs 10lbs 1oz with my Zeiss v4 mounted. I believe that scope is 27 oz and rings are avout 5 oz making the gun just about 8lbs bare. Comes with 20 moa base, and Forster die set with Full length sizer and benchrest seater. Along with 50 twice fired Peterson brass that hasn't been sized after last firing. Exactly 100 rounds down the pipe. Bottom metal was loose so popped open on a few shots and put some light marks on trigger guard, might just wipe off. Haven't had a chance to try. Looking for $2850 scope and rings not included. Might be willing to let them go for an additional $850. Willing to take part trades on certain actions, including defiance anti SA. Maybe terminus Apollo/Zeus, or maybe a ARC Archimedes. Proof or bartlein CFW barrels 22" preferred (I'm not committed to any caliber at the moment as I'm between building a 6 GT or possible another 7saum) just send offers if interested! Who needs a long range elk hammer!? I'll try to get some better pictures up soon. If I have it for much longer I'll probably put a few more rounds down range and get a good load worked out for it. cross posted

With short supply and high demand the powder may actually be worth another $1000. 3 pounds H 1000 $600 on gun broker a while back. Nice setup and price for a turn key HAMMER.
