I was in Luling for 7 years, 20+ years ago. Never fired a shot.

If it moves shoot it. About anything goes well in sauce picante. Except maybe for those bony egrets and an infrequent armadillo.
I had some Utah immigrants go absolutely wild over some pouldeau sause picante. There's no way they would believe the main ingredient was a damned ol' coot.
