Hello from South Louisiana

Well, I finally joined after lurking around for a while. I reload and shoot... a lot. Due to local terrain I can only occasionally stretch out my shots past 500. I shoot/reload a variety of calibers, with my favorite being a custom 6.5x284. Some friends and I have started planning an elk hunt in Idaho in 2 years (the ring leader is from WA). So I've come here to learn about shooting/hunting in hills and higher elevation.
