If I had to guess it's probably nosler because they are the major manufacturer who makes 8mm rem mag , not sure though.

That's what I was thinking as well. Some of the other Factory Overrun brass put out recently seems like it would be from Nosler as well (some pictures are the same between the FO option and standard Nosler offering).
