Hawkw Sidewinder 30 4x12

New to the forum and looking for advise from anyone who has purchased the Hawke sidewinder 30 4x12 rifle scope. This is not the sidewinder 30 tactical model. I have found a clearance price fo $239. Looking for advice from anyone who has purchased and used the model. The scope would go an a Savage 270.
