Has anyone shot the 140 grain GMX meant for the 30-30 in 308 Winchester?

All of my 308s are 20 inches and under. In my shortest 308 this would get the velocities down to 2700 or so going all out on the powder charge. Seems to be a worthy enough project for a lower recoil, faster all copper loading for that rifle.

What are your thoughts?

My only thought is why? I mean I know it'd perform just fine but, pointy nose acknowledged, the bc on that projectile still sucks compared to the 130 ttsx or such, I'd look into some of the monos meant for 300 blackout too. Barnes has a 120 tac-tx that opens at lower velocity than most monos and has a bc of .35. That's interesting. In fact, it's so interesting I've got some I plan to try in my .300 win.
