I have a 223 Wylde build with a 3 groove barrel. I don't want to use a crush washer or peel shim for fear of getting it out of alignment and the possibility of a baffle strike.

I am literally less than .006" out of time, the muzzle device is nitrided, so I really don't want to attempt to sand it in, if the device was stainless, I would not be asking this.

Accu-Washer Muzzle Device Alignment System

Thanks in advance.

I used similar washers that came with 2 Silencerco ASR Brakes, worked fine on both rifles. Once I got em dialed in I used red loctite on the brake threads and neither has moved in 5 years.
