Hello and thanks for looking.
Like the title says I have a Harris-McMillan 6X284 for sale. I bought it to get into long range Benchrest but quickly realized you can not run the match and shoot at the same time. With limited time I have decide to let this go.
It was smithed by those at Harris-McMillan. I have contacted them to get the spec build, they are currently looking for it.
Specs are:
Harris-McMillan left port, right bolt action
Jewel Trigger with top safety
Has scope bases
I was told It had McMillan Stock but can not confirm
Barrel is unknown Manufacture
Barrel has a muzzle break, Flutes, and thread protector finished at 23")
Dies and reamer is included
Round count? Knowing a 6X284 is hard on barrels i took precautions to make sure it had LOTS of life left in it. I was told it was only test fired, (thats like saying it only had a box through it). I Bore scoped it and I can tell you it has very few rounds through it and may have only been test fired. The throat looks brand new with no signs of wear.
I would like to recoup some cost, so I am offering it at $1,650 (was 1,800). I am willing to take a loss to free up space in the safe.
