Recently bought a house with a healthy sized detached shop. I'll probably just recreate what I had at my old house, but I'm interested in other people's setups. Let's see em!

I don't have a dedicated space for my meat cutting . I use a bay of my garage . I was using the folding tables , but they were not great with large pieces of meat , so I built a fold away table that is very solid . the counter top stays fastened to the frame work . the pic of the framing folded down is during construction . I'm interested in seeing what the other guys have .

I like that fold away bench! I'll probably get by with a folding table this year, then go fixed bench next year.

Floor drain makes you look pro;)

I have cut my own meat for ever . I tell everybody I don't process , I butcher .some of the cuts are a mystery , but we eat them .

I have a couple more pics of the folding table , but I think these show how it works , the front legs just fold up into the gap . round off the one leg edge so the leg can turn up without hitting the table top . it really works slick .
