I was wondering if someone has had experience with sub sonic loads for the 30-30
winchester (single shot) with H1000 powder. I have used it with success in several
chamberings, but would like to push the Hornady 208 grainer at about 1000 fps
in the 30-30. I have e-mailed the Hodgdon folks and got no reply for a start load.
I have no wishes to supress the round, just setting this up for inside 125 yds at
pistol decibels. I wish they published info on that powder alone for a variety of chamberings like accurate does with some of their powders.
