Gonna have that issue due to the hazmat shipping anywhere unless you buy in person.

I found it near Billings for $77/pound.
Yes, Hazmat was $22 & shipping around $12.

For 5lbs it's only $6.80 per pound. For 10 it's $3.40 per pound, etc. Buy in bulk and it isn't that bad.

20 months ago we were selling and trading H-4350, H4381sc, H-1000, Retumbo, RE-26, Varget for around $35 per pound when we did a South East Country Powder Run. we went from FL, GA and Tn for a four day weekend.. Had several members trade with us and both got good deals.
