H&S Precision M24 stock for Win M70 SA

I bought this off a member last year and have other projects to get to. Has a few scuff marks on the fore end and the bottom of the recoil lug looks to be minimally relieved for bedding. I'd keep it but I need the funds to complete my 260 AI project for this year's varmint season. I believe I got $185 into it including the cashier's check so that's what I'm asking for it shipped.

Here's a better picture of the recoil lug area. It's just relieved to add clearance for bedding. The bearing surface looks untouched. I didn't do it, but that's what I would have done for bedding. The previous owner may purchase it back in June.
