Because it's a Gunwerks built rifle. It was built before the LR1000. Did this answer your question? I'm a little confused at your question.

Im the second owner (I have not shot it)and the first owner said there was under 100 rounds through it. He only used Gunwerks ammo. That's the best answer I have for round count.

I was just trying to clarify, as I was not aware of any correlation between gunwerks and The Best of the West other than Aaron worked there some 10 plus years ago....and at that time the Best of the West had either a gunwerks division or had trademarked "gunwerks" My understanding is that when Aaron left.... he ending up owning the "gunwerks" trademark. Again, just trying to clarify.

Is any of this correct? If not could someone offer further insight.
