Someone miss a shot and smash it against a tree? Or got run over? Need the story on the damage and also the condition of the rest of the firearm.
Well need some more information on the Shotgun with Model#. The stock needs replacement and will have to match the forearm. Best to get all new wood or some good wood off a used one. I have done several in the past and you may be able to get a direct wood replacement, but very hard to find and will most likely need modifications. The trigger guard will also need to be replaced. When bending it back into place it will most likely break. Can't tell from limited pictures and information. There are some companies that specialize in stock replacement.
I stopped doing this type of gunsmith repairs due to the time, material and work involved. Did not even come close to $$$ we spent. I always lost money. Mostly did it for people I knew and the enjoyment of doing a restoration.
Post more information and I am sure someone will have ideas and will try to help you out.
Thanks

You could replace it with a nice 2-piece myrtle wood stock
