Gunsmith in Southwest Wyoming of Salt Lake City, UT area?

I am looking for a good gunsmith to put a muzzle brake on a Weatherby Vanguard Synthetic. I live in Rock Springs, WY, and would like someone in the Salt Lake City area or Wyoming or even Colorado.
