Went out to highway 26 late this morning. Managed 7 but missed 14. Gotta knock the winter rust off. I actually just wanted the orchard people to know I'm still out there managing squirrels. I went to 3 properties. Shot and left my card at two and the third talked to the rancher, left a card and told him his grass is to tall to shoot squirrels. He said he intended to mow. Had to drop a subtle hint. His place last year was crawling with squirrels.
I was shooting the Savage in 17 MACH 2. I had one shot at 35 yards, all others were right at 100.
