Put a little acorn scent on it and sit in yard so those vicious attack squirrels can get at it. Bet gone in a jif!

My wife had one on the arch of her foot that got slightly larger than a marble. She had it surgically removed only to have it come back. They then drew the fluid off a couple times since and it now seems to come and go in size. Typically like a blister, but not as touchy. Thank the Lord, she is doing fairly well now, but almost got to where she couldn't walk before the first surgery.

Best not to be sticking needles in something close to a joint if you don't know what you are doing. And not all swellings are ganglion cysts.
