Update... first guy interested in it currently has first dibs (for a few days, anyway) and after that there are probably 6-7 people stacked up on the action and/or barrel. Not exactly 'sold pending funds' yet, but figured I'd let folks know. If the first guy backs out, I'll contact the other interested parties in order of response.
