I have a Remington 700, .223 (BDL) rifle for sale or trade. The barreled action came off a SPS Varmint and is currently in a HS Precision VS stock. The barrel was cut to 24" and recrowned with a 11 degree target crown by Steve Baldwin @ Mechanical Accuracies. The HS stock is OD green with black spyder webbing. This rifle is a shooter. I have only fired it to 300 yards but with my handloads it hold sub moa groups. The gun has less then 200 rounds down the tube.
I'm looking to either trade or sell the barreled action. I'll sell the barreled action for $475 or sell the barreled action and HS stock for $675. FTF in the Okc area or add shipping to your FFL. Only trades I'd be interested in for the barreled action would be a R700 barreled action in 243, .308 or 7mm-08 with a heavy barrel. I'd trade the rifle with the stock for a similiar R700 in .243, .308 or 7mm-08.
Scope, base and rings are not included.
