I've got a couple SA - great guns but Larry built mine. Klaus early guns have a 1:10 twist IIRC - you can read about them in this months VHP FCSA

That's about what I just paid for my new Shorty /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

you really need 1:15 on the big fifty.
