I have a Remington 700 22-250 factory varmint barrel, 14 twist. This is an ADL version bedded in a green/grey/brown laminate thumb hole stock, timney trigger, and PTG trigger guard. When I got the barreled action, I was told the best it could do was 1/2 inch with the finest of reloads. After bedding it in a laminate and putting the trigger in I can cover 3 shots with a dime when I do it right. The reason I am getting rid of it is I can't get used to the thumb hole. I have put 38rds through it, and it had 125 in it before I got it. It has 2 scratches on the stock shown in the pictures. I did some work on the sears on the trigger to get it the way I wanted. I am currently shooting those 50 packs of the Hornady 55gr soft point. Would really like to load for it but haven't had a need. I would like $795tyd for the rifle only. If you want the cheap Simmons scope and mounts left on, we can try to work something out. PM if interested.
