For Sale:
Used McMillan M40A1 HTG stock for a Remington 700 short action. Stock has the thumbwheel adjustable cheek-piece and spacer system for length of pull. Stock is inletted for a heavy barrel, measures approximately 1.2" at the end of the forend. Stock has on sling swivel on the forend, and the hardware for a sling. Stock is in good shape with a chip in the finish on the bottom of the grip and a scratch near the grip. The spacers for the buttpad do not match the contour of the stock perfectly, looks like they were ground down to fit the stock. Stock comes with Badger Ordnance M4 bottom metal. Bottom metal has a few scratches in the finish, and it appears the opening for the trigger was slightly enlarged.
