FS I have a set of 30mm Kelby rings and 20moa Kelby 2pc bases. They are made of aircraft aluminum and have been mounted one time and that was on my 1000yd Light gun
These will fit Rem 700 SA or LA and if you look close you will see the rear base is higher and has a 20moa built into it. Although you can't see from the pics the 4 base screws are included.

Sinclair sells the combo for $165 plus shipping so I think the price is fair
