About Mint it WAS as new but I sent it to KAHLEs. it had a small speck on the Duplex retical. service put it on a gun and shot it, and put a slight ring mark on it, it did NOT have on the bottom! but it has now.NO Scratches on the Glass!. First Focal Plane means the Duplex Gets Bigger as the Power get bigger.
