FS- Blue printed Remington action.
Remington 600 short action RH, blue, converted to single shot, Davidson aluminum loading ramp epoxied in and the magazine slot filled with Duro Steel epoxy. Original bolt, PPC bolt face,(easily & inexpensively opened to 308 face or bushed to 222 bf), with extractor conversion, and Rem. 40X bolt handle added & timed. Bolt lugs, bolt face, and action, faced square. Work by Fred Sinclair. This action has a 7" aluminum action sleeve, flat bottom, round top, drilled & tapped for scope bases and front guard screw. Sleeve profile very similar to Stolle Panda profile. The sleeve has NOT been epoxied to the action yet, so any action work will be easy. Can be used as a glue-in or pillar bedded with screws.

Action is now essentially a short 40X single shot action. Would make a great glue-in or could be pillar bedded w/ conventional guard screws.

Fred was one hell of a gunsmith, i dont think he has done anything since 1986 this would be a good keep sake. You will never get anything like this done from him again.
