It will shoot in the .2 at 100yds, load I don't disclose. I have a lot of time invested in working up load development

I had a 40x 30-06 that I had to pull the bolt out to eject a loaded round, I would suspect this is the same.

Was the port opened at the time of the barrel install?

Was the stock reshaped to match the opened port? It looks like it matches the port exactly.
