I have 1 Carlson Extended Full Choke tub and 1 Carlson Extended Modified Choke tub fits the Beretta Optima Plus 12 Ga. Can use with Steel, lead or Hevi-shot with tubes.

Full Choke is slightly used and Modified is new in pack. $45 for both shipped.
