where can I get the escutcheons for the front action screw for Rem 700. I am building two projects on 700 actions with customs stock and I am going to triple pillar bed them, but need the escutcheons. would make my own if I had a lathe. Surely someone must make them for sale at a reasonable price. ask a machinist to make a few and they cost $30 or more each.

Find someone with an ADL stock, They are all the same on Remingtons. Brownells or Gunparts (numrich) sells em.
I needed one for a XP-100R stock.

There are pillars available with the escutcheons already machined on them (One piece).

I think Stockys has them, if not brownells should.

I make my own but I am out at the moment.

If you don't find some Pm me and I will make you a couple when I finish some of the rifles
for my friends (5 to be exact) by the end of this month.

Thanks for the info. I checked Brownell's but couldn't find them, maybe I spelled it wrong. But a guy on 6mm Benchrest is going make some stainless ones to my specs for $10 each shipped. So I should be covered.
