What length are the barrels?

Barrels are 26 inches. Do you know what model this is? I bought it off of a friend to get into shotgunning but haven't had the time. Other than the gold inlays, I can't find any markings that would clue you in to a model.

Does it have 3" chambers?

I measured and it has 3 inch chambers.
