Can you tell me what neck diameter you end up with if you resize the neck without the expander?
 
I can't answer that because I've never used the die. I would expect the outside diameter would be 6.82mm/.268 inches meeting SAAMI specs for the 6mm PPC-USA cartridge. Forster makes some pretty accurate stuff.
