Forster Datum Dial Measurement System?

I want to buy the best tool to bump the shoulders .002 as per many recommendations. I looked at the one from Innovative Technologies but wanted to see if anyone has used the Forster Datum Dial Measurement System? Also, can you recommend a set of high quality digital calipers I can use with it? Thanks!
