I have a Tikka T3x chambered in 6.5 Gap4s, .296 neck and .081 FB. This gun is everything you could want in a long range 6.5 caliber. Hornady is now head stamping brass and making dies. Build specs, Tikka T3X action 26" #3 Bartlin fluted 1-8 twist barrel as of now it just has the T3X factory stock on it. The gun has been fully cericoated in tungsten color and weights 8.5# with scope. I have right at 100 rounds through this gun and it has shot under 1" moa with every load I have tried with 143g ELD-X bullets and H1000 powder. This caliber is growing in popularity with record barrel life of 2500+ rounds driving a 140g bullet around 3100 fps. I also have a McMillan Game scout with edge fill that should be here any day or a Bell and Carlson I can put on this gun. Call or text or email with questions .
Price$$$
Gun only with factory stock $2000
Gun with Bell and Carlson $2250
Gun with McMillan Game Scout Edge fill $2600
If you would like the whole package scope and all add $800 to the above prices. Scope is a vortex viper 6-24x50 FFP. If your interested in a package deal with loaded rounds ready to shoot with range card out to 1000 yards we could also work something out there. Thanks for looking.

Who did the work on rebarreling the rifle? Tried any other bullets?

Performance Rifles in Rexburg Idaho, did the work. I have not tried any other bullets yet.

Cost break down not sure where you came up with $1250 but the action was $625 Bartlin #3 fluted was $470 Ring and base combo $80, cericoat $250 cut chamber and crown $425 inlet stock $60 I am pretty much asking what I have into it.

Oh ya I forgot $50 for flute timing and a $40 buffer for shipping.

I'm a Remington guy and want to build the same caliber on a lone peak Ti action with a proof or kiwi barrel to try and get a little lighter. The gun is flawless and very accurate.

The magazine length is 2.800 I have been loading to 2.855 and it shoots really good there. It is really easy to make this gun a long action. Just change the bolt stop for $75 and use the 300 win mag magazine and you have more length than you would ever need.

Sorry just checked magazine length is 2.905 but I have been loading to 2.855 col.
