The scope is matte black, has 100 MOA vertical & horizontal adjustment, 30mm tube, side paralllax adjustment, and target turrets. I purchased this scope new, approx. one year ago. The glass is in mint condition with no scratches, and the tube has no ring marks. Factory lifetime warranty card and Leupold scope covers also come with this scope.
