No Bill, it doesn't come with a remote control.
However, it does have a plug-in provision for controlling it remotely thru a Foxpro e-caller remote control. You simply connect the decoy unit to the e-caller with a cable (that's included with the decoy) and then you can contol both the e-caller and the decoy thru the Foxpro remote if you so choose. The decoy unit can be run manually. You do not have to have a Foxpro e-caller in order for the decoy to work.
