I ran out the first Sunday after opening day, sunrise about 625, got a Tom by 640.....sometimes you get lucky

Took my daughter out this Friday morning and nothing talking or moving-- I wish I could trade her days/chances after the fact. I'd give up 100 to get her the chance at 1

I need to take a trip out there one spring. I have to buy a small game license to put in for elk every year

Yeah for around $200 you can get a tag. Pretty cheap trip and counts for your qualifying license in the fall. Can't beat that!

1st of May 8:30 a.m. outside Clay City Kansas my first RIO and six hours later outside Big Bend Nebraska my 1st Merriam. Two birds in two states in one day, truly blessed.
