The rifle season in eastern NC came in today. I got lucky with this 41/2 year old deer with my 7-300WSM. Not a long shot but still good to get to take this deer on opening day. It was only 190yds. Dan

Joel, Where I hunt locally about 220 is as far as it gets. I get to stretch it out down east at Jett's farm. Goal this year is the 1000 yd club. Dan

If you want to come shoot them out to 1000 , get with me in December. We usually get 3-4 shots off every afternoon from 750-1100
