Fiction tape on Badgers

Do any of you guys that use Badger Rings use Fiction tape, Recommend or not

If you follow Badgers instructions you do not need friction tape.
To sum them up: Degrease the contact area with acetone or alcohol and install scope torquing the cap screws to 15 INCH lbs.
Those rings mounted properly will hold any scope including the heavy NF on any magnum including BMG's.
