fiberglass, aluminium bedding or both

I am building up a rem 700 30-06 and I am wondering if the aluminium bedding block that is coming with my Bell and Carlson thumbhole stock is adequate or if I should have it fiberglass bedded as well? Any adivce you guys have would be appreciated.

Short answer:

Is it enough?
Not really.

It's not fiberglass bedding, either; for many years it's been the installer's favorite mix of epoxy.

Pillars are just the foundation for a better bedding job.
