Factor Seconds Brass

Found some new Nosler "factory seconds" brass. Has anyone used factory seconds and have an opinion?

if it's from shooter's pro shop it's cosmetic issues. They aren't as shiny or may have a water mark somewhere. I'd still weigh them but I've gotten brass and bullets from them as seconds and they have been fine
