I would think so. Someone going out of business ? My brother said something to me about these ads on FB a few months ago. I am not sure, if he pulled the trigger, on buying or not. I never asked him. But it seemed like a scam to me then. I don't do FB. I'd say buyer beware. If it seems to goood to be true. It usually is.
