I just recently bought the same model as this Zeiss but with a Mil-dot reticle from TheOpticZone, info below. Jon and his wife in their customer service dept. are top notch, helped me out with any questions, and shipped me the scope same day when I ordered it in the early afternoon.
I don't know if they ship international, but you can email them and ask. The total price I paid was right at this guys asking price, which was app. 2 weeks ago. I would confirm with Optic Zone their price, they are the lowest in price that I have been able to find, though, and that's after checking local gun shows, MidwayUSA, MidSouth Shooters supply, etc.
