I/will/be/using/12x42x56mm/Nightforce/will/these/rings/work.

My/barrel/is/1.500-1.400-at-muzzle/will/these/be/high/enough.

Yes they are 30mm. I would say no problem mounting the NF on that heavy bbl dude.
