I have a factory Rem 700 MLR 338 Lapua barrel and recoil lug. It has 5 rounds thru it. I rebarreled to a lapua ai. Not sure what to ask so I'll start at $150 shipped.

So is there any differences in strength between the 700 mlr and a 700 LA to help withstand the pressure of the lapua case. I'm sure there is and if I wasn't on my phone I would scan the Internet and find out. Just wondering if any one knows offhand.
