Error Pop Up

I keep getting a error pop up whenever I log in and whenever I go to a forum. Won't even allow me to upload a screenshot of the message. It says can't be uploaded because it can't be written to the server. This is on iPhone 13. Just started recently.

This has been a problem for quite a while. I have noticed that it only occurs on Tuesday mornings for some strange reason.

maybe but it doesn't show it is closed. didn't have any problem posting a new add so maybe so.
