has a shank with a length of 1.3" and a diameter of 1.077, overall length is 22" and it is matte blue finished. barrel shot well and is threaded for a L461 or A1 sako. i was going to set it back and make a 17 remington fireball but went a different direction. rifling looks good but the chamber reamer used to cut the chamber has more lead than usual, it was designed for the 25gr v-max bullet to be seated out farther. 95.00 tyd
