I just upgraded and no longer need this tripod.
The make is Dolica and the model is a CX620B104. It's a 18"-62" three leg segment carbon fiber tripod. It's rated for 17.4 lbs. Has a bubble level and a compass that have held most of their fluid over the last decade. The legs can spread out to three distinct angles. It's pretty much a standard CF tripod. Other than normal wear and tear (light dust, dings, scratches), it's in really good shape.
Tripod weighs 2.8lbs w/o a head. I spent several hundred dollars to save like 10 oz. Makes sense.
I'd like to get $80 shipped. I think that's
fair.
