DNZ game reaper 1 piece rings mount

Ok I have DNZ game reap mounting my vortex scope the base stays tight but the ring screws keep coming loose I have used blue lock tight but still come loose anyone else have this problem thanks in advance for your help Jody

I have these on 20 gauge slug gun and never had any issues as mentioned. I would give the manufacturer a call and see what they say. Good luck!
