I have a Dillon RT1200 that I have been using for prepping 223 brass, however I have only used the ammo as general plinking without concern for precision.
I really hate hand trimming brass, but my 308 stuff will need to be after this last firing, I usually do it by hand and then FL size with Redding dies. When I bought the trimmer it came with a 308 die as well. Does anyone have experience with this trimmer and if the resizing/trimming dies cause any issues with accuracy? I know they size the brass a little tight at the neck, I will be running the resized brass through a neck sizing die after trimmed to remove burrs/get the neck correct.
I know the case to case OAL from this trimmer is very good, just worried about the resizing portion.
Thoughts? Any change in accuracy from your experience?
