Digiscoping phone adaptors?

I would like to hear from you all that use digiscoping adaptors as to the best ones?

I will be using it with my Swarovski 15x56 HD's.

Can you give me your experience with what you have, ranges and some pictures would be awesome.

I am considering the Swarovski system or Phonescope. But am open to Outdoorsman and others too.

I use a Phoneskope adapter on my Swaro spotter with a GoPro. It works pretty well but I've found it can be a little finicky about eye relief sometimes. This makes it a little slow to get set up.

I have tried numerous adapters on different scopes and have found them all lacking. As Yorke-1 said, getting everything set up can be very slow.

I have replaced my spotters with a Nikon P1000 camera on my tripod. So far, I've found it to be excellent for zooming in on distant targets and taking high quality still pics or HD videos is a snap.

Nightforce scope--Novagrade phone adapter.

Really like the Nova--can leave case on and fits most any phone or optic.

The Novagrade is top notch and fits any phone which is nice because you never know when you're going to change phones. A cheaper alternative is the Snapzoom but nowhere near as solid as the double gripper.

I use a Phone Skope. On a spotter, I'd recommend also using a Bluetooth camera remote, so you can take pictures or start/stop video without disturbing the phone/spotter. It works fine, once you get it set up properly. If you're using an iPhone 8 with the two camera lenses, you'll need to download a different camera app to your phone (ProCam), as the Phone Skope needs to use the lens that is not utilized by default using the standard iPhone camera app.

Here's another snapshot. I don't recall the yardages from these pictures, but the bull was several hundred yards. The quality of the image is going to be more a function of your spotting scope, heat mirage, etc.

My galaxy 6 has a voice command feature or ap when you say "capture" it takes a photo so I don't shake to scope by touching it.

Which Nightforce? NXS by chance? I have a digi-scoping adapter and use a manual app on my iPhone X to control which lens, but I get the following as does a buddy of mine on his vortex viper. On bino's it works fine, but riflescopes eh, not too good.

The eye relief is completely different on rifle scopes than bino's or spotter so you don't get scope bit. My understanding is this is why rifle scope adapters have extensions.

I have the Novagrade Double Gripper. Bought it specifically because it was so flexible...my phone, hunting partners phone, in the Lifeproof case, other case, new phone, old phone... you get the point. It also has a bunch of collets so it can easily be swapped to use on my microscope at work or my binos or spotter. Highly recommend.

I've been looking for a long time for a bluetooth scope remote, to broadcast video from my spotting scope to my phone. That way I can remain in position on target and move my eyes a bit to see the POI, rather than moving my body to the scope. I haven't been able to find anything like that, are you aware of such a product?
