Does seating depth change for a particular rifle if you change brass manufacturer?
Different brass, different seating depth?

No.
Overall, optimum seating is independent of load changes.
However, you might tweak seating within it's window for tightest group shaping with whatever load your new brass takes you to (if changes needed).

Never changed seating depth, just powder charge. As long as I stay with same powder, primer, and bullet, I just decrease the powder charge and work back up until I find where it shoots. Just trying to find that sweet spot again in the charge.
